The joint bid from Morocco, Spain, and Portugal for the organization of the World Cup in 2030, a single folder in the running, is characterized by its "overall quality" and beyond "the minimum requirements of the organization" required in the technical evaluation, indicates the international football Federation (FIFA) in its evaluation report of the nominations.

Beyond the symbols, the joint bid to the organization of the World Cup FIFA 2030 is characterized above all by its overall quality, according to the report, stating that the administration of FIFA has determined that this joint bid could be submitted to the consideration of the Council of FIFA and the FIFA Congress.

This strength is to be found in the technical evaluation, which focuses on infrastructure (and other sports) as well as on the commercial potential," says one.

The application offers a wide choice of sites of high quality spread across 17 cities in hosts with different profiles. It is a combination of existing facilities, iconic and recognized that regularly host the biggest clubs in the world, as well as modernization projects (constructions and renovations). The different proposals are all serious arguments in terms of inheritance.

The joint bid from Morocco, Spain, and Portugal "aspires to bring together, thanks to the passion that the people of these three countries eat for football, but also to reconcile and transcend borders by strengthening the bonds that unite the two continents neighbors and the world in general," says the document.

It appears from the report that if the magnitude of construction projects within six years requires a rigorous follow-up, or, where appropriate, support measures, it is worth noting the existence of mitigating factors, such as the fact that several projects have already started (in particular, Morocco, where some stages must be delivered to the Africa Cup of Nations CAF 2025), the quality and completeness of the plans proposed, and the engagement around these projects, that shows a high degree of confidence.

According to the results of its technical evaluation, the nomination Morocco/Spain/Portugal 2030 gets an average rating of 4.2/5. Regarding the celebration of the centennial, based on the results of its technical evaluation, the nomination Argentina/Paraguay/Uruguay gets an average rating of 3.6/5.

The application Morocco-Spain-Portugal 2030 offers various options and interesting stages; that is, there are 26 in Morocco, three in Portugal, and 11 in Spain. This exceeds the minimum requirements (14 stages) that are defined for the World Cup in 2030, which offers enough flexibility to choose speakers of diverse and emblematic in the three countries, the report said.

Among these 20 stadiums, one will be newly built, and more will be the subject of major restoration work, says the paper, adding that regardless of their status, all have specific strengths and are perfectly capable of hosting the World Cup.

Five of the six stages proposed by Morocco will also be meeting the CAN-2025. All six must be built or renovated, but "seem to meet most or all of the requirements," highlights the report, noting that Morocco has, in particular, the Great Stadium of Casablanca's Hassan II, which is expected to become the largest football stadium in the world, and whose works are already in progress.

The report also notes that the stages of the Santiago Bernabéu, Madrid; Camp Nou, Barcelona; and the Great Stadium of Casablanca's Hassan II have been proposed for the opening match and the final.

The period of organization of the celebration of the centenary with the trio Argentina/Paraguay/Uruguay has been proposed for the 8th and 9th of June, 2030. As to those proposed for the final phase, it should be held from 13 June to 21 July 2030, says the same source.

The evaluation reports concerning the organization of the World Cup FIFA 2030 and 2034 will be subject to consultation of the extraordinary congress of FIFA, which will be held on the 11th of December by videoconferencing so that it refers to the host country of the said competitions.
