Assistant Secretary of Defense John Blinken stated that the Pentagon is working with Kyiv and SpaceX to prevent the Russian military from unauthorized use of Starlink internet stations in Ukraine.
And Blinken said: "The United States is actively cooperating with the Ukrainian government and SpaceX to counter Russia's unlawful use of Starlink stations."
And he refused in an interview with "Bloomberg" to disclose the steps taken by the Pentagon in this direction, indicating that he managed to reach a compromise with the billionaire owner of the company, Elon Musk.
The acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, previously indicated that control over Ukrainian drones is primarily conducted through Starlink stations.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, also stated that disabling Starlink satellite internet stations in new areas of Russia would have extremely grave consequences for Kyiv.
