OpenAI Unveils New O3 Models
OpenAI has announced its new AI models, O3 and O3 Mini, set to launch in early 2025. These models boast enhanced reasoning capabilities compared to their predecessors, with O3 achieving 71.7% accuracy on the SWE-Bench Verified coding benchmark - an improvement of over 20% compared to the O1 model. O3 also excelled in mathematics, scoring 96.7% accuracy on the AIME test.
XAI Raises $6 Billion to Compete with OpenAI
Elon Musk's XAI has successfully raised an additional $6 billion to accelerate AI development. The company aims to double the capacity of its Colossus supercomputer by increasing the number of Nvidia GPUs from 100,000 to 200,000 for training AI models like Grok.
