13 individuals were behind the planning of his assassination, listed in order from the first to the last: Allen Dulles, Director of the Central Intelligence Agency from February 26, 1953, to November 28, 1961, who was personally dismissed by John Kennedy and retired with a commendation; John McCone, the new Director of the Central Intelligence Agency from November 28, 1961, to October 26, 1965; Richard Helms, Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency during Allen Dulles's tenure; Lyndon Johnson, John Kennedy’s Vice President and President 16 minutes after Kennedy's assassination; Cord Meyer, Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency during John McCone's tenure; John J. Edgar Hoover, and collusion from Warren Commission Chairman Earl Warren. The bullets from the crime scene and John Kennedy's brain were covered up, along with documents related to Lee Harvey Oswald. He coordinated the transfer of weapons with Jack Ruby, who assassinated Lee Harvey Oswald two days later at Dealey Plaza.
Vice President Lyndon Johnson assisted William Harvey in hiring Jack Ruby for the physical eliminations for a monthly fee of $3,000, and he had known him since 1947. David Morales collaborated with William Harvey as the head of covert operations, sending him to the CIA station in 1961 to destabilize Cuba, recruit Cuban exiles, and devise plans to overthrow the regime and assassinate Cuban President Fidel Castro. Six weeks after dining with them, he told him he was summoned to Vice President Lyndon Johnson’s farm and spent the weekend there driving a Jeep at breakneck speed. From that time, the good news came of his appointment as the new Deputy Director of the CIA, which made him the CIA Director, appointed by Lyndon Johnson himself. Edward Howard Hunt was the only one who knew about this; it was all very secretive.
Why did Johnson summon Lyndon Richard Helms to the ranch instead of informing him in Washington? He gave him the green light to eliminate John Kennedy at his large ranch in Texas. He had a close relationship with Johnson. Richard Helms was appointed Deputy Director of the CIA on February 13, 1962. President Richard Nixon hated him and sent him to Iran and to the CIA station to work there. Richard Helms planned the Watergate scandal that brought down and exposed President Richard Nixon as revenge.
Cord Meyer joined the CIA in 1949 and worked with James Angleton, head of counterintelligence. He drank a lot and divorced his wife, Mary Meyer, who was a lively artist. In 1961, she began her relationship with President John Kennedy, which lasted until his death. She had known him since elementary school in the 1930s. In mid-1964, Mary was shot dead while on an evening walk along the waterfront in Georgetown. Formally, the case remains unsolved after her death. James Angleton broke into her studio and stole her belongings, which were never revealed. Cord Meyer was a high-ranking officer in the CIA, and his wife, journalist Mary Pinchot, was having an affair with President John Kennedy. On October 12, 1964, three bullets were fired into the head of Mary Pinchot while she was walking in the evening along the waterfront in Georgetown. At that time, she had separated from Cord Meyer. The media did not realize her husband was a high-ranking CIA officer, nor did anyone know about her relationship with President John Kennedy.
John Kennedy had been sleeping in the same room as journalist Mary Pinchot without Jacqueline Kennedy's knowledge, enjoying the effects of the non-toxic LSD. David Atlee Phillips represented the CIA. Frank Forini and Patrick Gerry Hemming opened a training camp at Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans. Frank Forini, Orlando Bosch, Guy Banister, David Ferrie, Clay Shaw, and Lee Harvey Oswald were all involved in these operations. The assassination was under two separate teams: the first led by Jack Ruby, tasked with bringing weapons and coordinating on the ground, while the second team responsible for execution was led by Frank Forini, consisting of the primary snipers. Edward Howard Hunt was a backup player in the plot, although he indirectly refused to join. Jack Ruby was ordered by the boss, Carlos Marcello, to eliminate Lee Harvey Oswald for good.
